The MSc/PG Dip in Physician Associate Studies at Bournemouth University is a full-time, two-year course designed to equip students with the vital knowledge and skills they need to pursue a career as a physician associate. This intense learning course includes substantial placements to provide students with real-life practice experience.Course Content: This program is separated into two parts - the first year (PGDip) focuses on medical science in health and disease, whilst side by side students gain clinical exposure. The second year of the program (MSc) consists of a clinical rotation, preparing students for general professional practice with a substantial research component on health or health service. Year 1 modules include Fundamentals of Clinical Practice I & II, Medical Sciences I & II, Clinical and Communication Skills I & II and a Portfolio of Reflective Practice.
