BSc (Hons) Psychology & Counselling at Bournemouth University is a full-time undergraduate course designed to equip students with an understanding of psychological principles and theories, as well as practical skills in counselling. The course combines rigorous scientific training in psychology with an emphasis on the practical application of counselling by providing students the opportunity to work in real-world counselling and mental health settings.Course Content: The curriculum covers a broad range of topics including cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology and biological psychology. It also includes specialist counselling modules where students will gain a solid understanding of various counselling approaches, ethics in counselling and therapeutic skills.
