The BA (Hons) Spanish and International Communication full-time course at the University of Westminster provides students with the opportunity to study Spanish in a global context. This course will expose students to the history, culture, politics, and societies of the Hispanic world, helping them comprehend the position of Spanish in the world and in relation to other languages.Course Content: The course is divided into three progressive levels, covering key aspects of Spanish language and Hispanic cultures. Students will also delve into topics regarding international communication such as intercultural communication, global media, and international relations. This will be complemented by studies in global linguistics and transnational studies.Key Modules: The course incorporates key modules such as Introduction to Spanish and Latin American Studies, Global Communication: History, Theory and Practice, Spanish Language and Aspects of Latin American History and Culture in your first year.
