The Accounting and Business Management BA (Hons) is a full-time course offered by the University of Westminster. This course is aimed at students wishing to pursue a career in accounting and finance, but not wishing to become professional accountants. This course offers the flexibility to explore other areas of business and management while providing the essential knowledge of accounting principles. Course Content: The course comprises a balanced curriculum introducing the principles of accounting and the workings of businesses. It also includes studies on the economic, legal and social environment in which accounting operates. In addition, students are encouraged to take a work placement in an organization related to their future employment aims.Key Modules: The course includes modules like Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Law for Accountants, Business Research Methods, Business Strategy and more.
