MArch Architecture

Coventry University offers a two-year master's degree in Architecture (MArch). This course is designed to promote innovative thinking while providing the skills necessary to advance in the field. It merges the theoretical with the practical, giving students the opportunity to apply knowledge into real-world situations.Course Content: Students will be exposed to an array of topics including architectural design theory and practice, building information modelling, sustainable design, and visualisation techniques. They will also engage in individual research and study, aimed at developing design inquiries and building on understanding of the broader context of architecture. Key Modules: This program comprises of several key modules like Design Resolution, ID Measured Drawn Modeled, Dissertation, Integrated Building Design, etc. Each module is designed to instill a different skill or understanding.Accreditations: The course is validated by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) at Part 2 level and also prescribed by Architects Registration Board (ARB). Future Careers: After completing this course, students can aim for positions such as architectural designer, built environment consultant, architectural technologist, and others.
