MA Applied Innovation Leadership

The Applied Innovation Leadership MA at Coventry University is a flexible online masters course that's designed to equip ambitious professionals with the skills, knowledge, and tools to become future industry leaders. This course will enable students to adopt and develop innovation leadership principles to drive impact in their area of professional practice and beyond. Course Content: The course will challenge students to critically reflect on existing leadership theory and practice to develop innovative solutions to emerging leadership issues. Students will experience realistic work-based learning through student-led initiatives, guest speakers, real-world projects and industrial focused assignments. Through this, students will be taught key principles and theories around change management, leadership innovation, reproductive strategy and digital transformation among others. Key Modules: Some of the key modules in this course includes 'Innovation Leadership and Strategy', 'Leading Change through Innovation', 'Impactful Innovation' and 'Leading the Modern Enterprise'. In the course, students will also undertake an innovation project in which they will have to apply their learning to a real-world issue.
