The Commercial Law LLB course at Coventry University provides students with an in-depth understanding of the complexities of corporate transactions and commercial relationships. It aims to develop skills relevant to careers as international commercial lawyers, legal practitioners, and executives in the commercial sector.Course Content: The course offers practical learning opportunities that includes making oral presentations and developing argument techniques in mooting sessions, giving students real understanding of what is it like to work in the legal profession. It also places significant emphasis on developing professional skills, including but not limited to, client interviewing, negotiation and mediation, and transactional legal work.Key Modules: This program is divided into key modules such as English Legal System and Skills, Public Law, Contract Law, EU Law, Law of Tort, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law.Accreditations: The Commercial Law LLB course is validated by Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and Bar Standards Board (BSB). Furthermore, after successful completion of the program, students will be awarded Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) status.Future Careers: After acquiring a law degree, graduates will be fully equipped and qualified to pursue a career in legal disciplines, both national and international.
