The Public Health BSc course offered by Coventry University equips students with the valuable knowledge and practical skills required to address, promote and improve public health. Students will get the opportunity to study and comprehend the impact of physical, emotional, and social issues on health.Course Content: Students will explore several areas such as epidemiology, global health issues, public health practice and protection, health promotion and health and social behavior. More focus will be placed on health protection, improvement, and wellbeing rather than just the treatment of disease. Students will also have the opportunity to undertake a work placement or study abroad for up to a year.Key Modules: The course includes topics such as Public Health Practice: Protection and Promotion, Global Health, Health Promotion: Theory and Practice, Health Research Methods, and Health and Social Behavior.
