The Architecture MArch course, offered at Birmingham City University for the academic year 2024-25, is designed to satisfy the criteria of the second part of the professional qualification in Architecture. It adopts a process-based approach, stimulating creativity and developing problem-solving abilities through a series of gradually complex design projects, complemented by lectures and seminars that provide a solid grounding in history, theory, technology, and sustainability.Course Content: In this course, you will explore various historical and contemporary architectural design theories, technical aspects of building production, and the legislative framework that shapes architectural practice.
