MSc Organisational and Business Psychology

The MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology course at the University of Kent aims to equip students with a grounded understanding of contemporary work and organisation, while at the same time developing their professional skills. The course module includes lectures, workshops, case-based learning and individual research.Course Content: The course focuses on topics such as the psychological aspects of organisational life, occupational health and wellbeing, career psychology, business strategy and people management. Optional modules are available students can choose according to their interests and career aspirations.Accreditations: This course is accredited by The Association for Business Psychology (ABP) and provides credits towards Associate Member Status.
