The Military History undergraduate course offered by the University of Kent allows students to explore warfare from various perspectives and periods in history, starting from the ancient time to the present day. This course uses perceptions from several disciplines including sociology, anthropology and psychology to study the military events and individuals which have shaped our world.Course Content: The course uses contemporary approaches to study various periods of military history. Students study warfare in human societies throughout global history, not just the strategies of generals but also how warfare impacts and is impacted by social and cultural processes.
