The Film Studies and English BA at the University of Leicester offers a unique opportunity to study film and literature, two forms of narrative that often overlap and influence each other. The course will provide an in-depth understanding of both film and English literature, allowing students to study both factors individually as well as jointly.Course Content: With this degree, students will explore all major aspects of film including Hollywood cinema, documentary and animation, and world cinema. In English, they will delve into all spheres of literature from the medieval era through to the 21st century, including Shakespeare, American Literature and various forms of poetry.
