The Nutrition BSc (Hons) course offered by Liverpool John Moores University is a three-year full-time program that focuses on the science of human nutrition. The course explores the relationship between diet, health and disease, considering the critical role nutrition plays in clinical, societal and public health contexts.Course Content: The course includes a blend of nutritional and health-related studies such as scientific methods for nutrition, human physiology, psychosocial aspects of nutrition, public health nutrition, physiology and metabolism of nutrients, nutrition and health promotion, and nutritional epidemiology amongst others.
