The Human Nutrition MSc programme at the University of Surrey enables students to gain a deep understanding of nutritional science and its practical applications. The full-time course is delivered over a period of 12 months and includes compulsory modules, optional modules, and a research project.Course Content: The course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human nutrition, covering areas such as public health nutrition, clinical nutrition, nutritional physiology, and dietary assessment methods. Students will explore the science of nutrition in detail and apply this knowledge through a research project in an area of personal interest.
