Beng Chemical Engineering

The Chemical Engineering course at the University of Surrey equips students with a strong foundation in solution-focused engineering science knowledge they need to penetrate a global job market. Module topics include Engineering Principles, Fluid Mechanics, Particle Technology, Process Measurement Systems, Professional Engineering Applications, Safety and Loss Prevention.Accreditations: The BEng Chemical Engineering is accredited by the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as an Incorporated Engineer and partly meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer.Future Careers: Career opportunities for graduates are vast and varied, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry to the food and beverage industry, and from the environmental sector to the energy sector.
