LLM General Law

The General Law course offered by the University of Aberdeen allows students to customise and personalise their study to fit their own professional goals. This is a pathway within the LLM programme, where the student will be able to select modules from across the range of those available in the Dispute Resolution, International Commercial Law and International Energy Law and Policy LLM programmes.Course Content: The General Law course includes a wide range of modules. For example, it includes topics like Negotiation, Mediation Advocacy, International Commercial Arbitration, International Construction Contracts, Oil and Gas Law, Pipeline Law, Renewable Energy Issues, etc. The final module is a dissertation on a topic of their choice.Accreditations: The university is ranked first in Scotland for Law and 5th in the UK.
