The Law LLB (Hons) is an undergraduate course offered at the University of Aberdeen. It is a well-rounded degree program that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system in Scotland, the UK, and beyond. This course enables students to develop their skills and knowledge in law, preparing them for a range of careers in the legal profession and other sectors.Course Content: The Law LLB (Hons) course covers a wide range of subjects such as Public Law and Legal Systems, Criminal Law, Obligations (Contract, Delict and Quasi-delict), Property Law, EU Institutions and Law, as well as Procedural Law and Evidence. The course also offers elective modules like Comparative Law, Family Law, Human Rights, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, and Tax Law to allow students to specialize their field of interest.Accreditations: The course is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland and the Faculty of Advocates.
