The Journalism course at the University of the West of England (UWE) Bristol is aimed at producing skilled, ethically aware journalists who are well-equipped to succeed in this rapidly evolving sector. This course offers students a wealth of experiences and opportunities to enhance and display their skills. Course Content: Students will learn from practicing journalists and focus on news and features for print, digital and broadcast journalism. They will learn about media law, social media, radio and television, digital and interactive storytelling, mobile journalism and 360-degree filming. Students will also produce a major piece of investigative journalism and take part in work placements.
