BA (Hons.) Sports Business and Entrepreneurship

The Sports Business and Entrepreneurship course at UWE Bristol is a one-year full-time program designed to give students a comprehensive understanding of the sports business sector. The course combines key issues in sports business with the principles of entrepreneurship to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue a successful career in the world of sports business.Course Content: The course curriculum includes exploring sports and business in the international context, entrepreneurship and innovation in sports, research methods and methodologies, and a final major project which allows students to focus on an area of sports business and entrepreneurship that is of particular interest to them. Key Modules: Notable modules within this course include International Sport and Business, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Sport, Research methods for project management, and at the end, a final Major Project. Future Careers: Graduates can expect to find employment in a variety of sectors such as sports marketing, sports entrepreneurship, sports management, sports event management, and sports policy.
