The Real Estate course at UWE Bristol offers an in-depth exploration of property and its role in society. It is a multidisciplinary degree that combines aspects of law, economics, marketing, and finance to give students the necessary skillset to prosper in the property industry.Course Content: You will study the various forms of property and their socio-economic role in society. This includes valuation and investment, property law, construction, marketing, business practice, planning, surveying, negotiation, and more. You will also be introduced to the concepts of sustainability and ethics that have increasing importance in today's society.Key Modules: The course includes modules such as Introduction to Law for Built Environment, Economics and Finance for Property, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Markets and Investment, Commercial Property Practice, International Real Estate, and an optional work placement year.Accreditations: The course is jointly accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). It is also recognised by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), providing a pathway to professional qualification.Future Careers: Graduates have gone into a wide range of careers in the property industry.
