The Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) undergraduate course offered by the University of Stirling blends these three disciplines in order to build a broad understanding of social and economic realities. This multidisciplinary approach to understanding the world from different perspectives is key in addressing complex societal challenges.Course Content: The PPE course begins with a broad coverage of fundamental aspects of all three disciplines, laying a solid foundation for the development of specialised knowledge and skills. The first two years involve a wide ranging introduction to each of the core disciplines. From the third year onwards, students can choose to specialise in one or two of the disciplines, or they can continue with a balanced combination of all three. Key Modules: Some of the main core modules of the course include Introduction to Politics and International Relations, Moral and Political Controversies, British and Comparative Politics, among others.Future Careers: Graduates from this course will have the necessary skills and knowledge for a wide range of careers.
