The Sport Science BSc (Hons) course at Kingston University is designed for individuals passionate about understanding the science behind sport, performance and exercise. Students will learn about the human body during exercise, the role of physical activity in promoting health, and performance in sport competition. In the first stage, students learn the foundations of sport and exercise sciences. The second stage introduces students to the research methods used in the field and gives an overview of biomechanics, physiology and psychology in sport and exercise.
