The Civil Engineering MEng course at the University of Strathclyde is a five-year long undergraduate programme that teaches students the fundamentals of civil engineering, and provides them with the technical and managerial skills needed to excel in the civil engineering sector. This course focusses on relevant industry-related issues in transport, geotechnical engineering, water, waste management, and environmental engineering.Course Content: The course content covers a range of topics including Structural Engineering and Mechanics, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Water Engineering. During the first two years, students learn about basic civil engineering methods, with an emphasis on core scientific principles.
