LLM Mediation & Conflict Resolution

The Mediation and Conflict Resolution program is a postgraduate taught course at the University of Strathclyde. This course offers an in-depth understanding of dispute resolution and mediator techniques, suitable for those interested in pursuing a career in mediation, conflict resolution, and negotiation. Course Content: The course covers both theoretical and practical aspects of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on using these techniques in a wide range of contentious settings. The course is taught over one year (full-time) or two years (part-time), and students will study four compulsory and several optional subjects. Through classes, practical tasks, and independent study, students will master the skills and knowledge necessary for efficient mediation and conflict resolution. Accreditations: The Mediation and Conflict Resolution course at the University of Strathclyde is accredited by the Scottish Mediation Network. The completion of the course equals the requirements of the Scottish Mediation Register.
