LLB Business Enterprise & Business Law

The Business Enterprise & Business Law course offered by the University of Strathclyde challenges students to apply their academic knowledge to real-life situations while learning to manage and improve their own performance and engage with the pressures faced by business organizations. This four-year full-time undergraduate degree combines business enterprise and law to provide students with an integrated understanding of the two disciplines.Course Content: In the first two years, students will study a number of compulsory classes in business enterprise and law, getting a proper introduction to the main aspects of both areas. In the third and fourth years, students can choose from a range of advanced law classes and business enterprise classes and will also undertake a business enterprise project.Key Modules: Some of the key modules of the course include Understanding Business, Business Matters, Law and Society, Introduction to Legal Systems, Skills and Resources for Study, and Constitutional Law.Accreditations: This course is recognized by the Law Society of Scotland and offers the opportunity for exemptions from professional examinations if certain pathways are followed.Future Careers: The integrated nature of this degree prepares students for careers in management, business development, consultancy, accountancy, banking, human resource management, marketing, and public relations.
