The Economics & Human Resource Management course at the University of Strathclyde provides a fusion of economics and human resource management which offers the chance to study two subjects that strongly influence the workplace behaviors and performance. It allows students to immerse in a range of subjects such as Labor Market Analysis, Economics, and Organizational Behavior.Course Content: This course offers a blend of compulsory and elective classes in economics and human resource management, tailoring the student's experience to match their career ambitions. First-year students get a broad introduction to both subjects, and the specific in-depth study begins from the second year. In the third and fourth year, students can choose modules from a list of economics and human resource management topics.Key Modules: Key modules in this course include 'Labor Market Analysis', 'Business Economics', 'Organizational Behavior', and 'Economics for Business'. These modules will be studied along with other Elective classes in Economics and HRM.Accreditations: The Human Resource classes on this course are accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS).
