The undergraduate joint honours degree in French and Psychology at the University of Strathclyde combines the study of the French language and culture with the scientific study of the mind and behaviour. This full-time course runs for four years, with studying in France or another Francophone country being a fundamental element of the course. Course Content: The course offers the chance to study the French language to advanced level and provides an understanding of French culture. This is paired with the rigorous academic study of Psychology which includes classes in developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology, biological psychology, research methods and statistics. In the final year, students undertake a dissertation in French or Psychology.
