MA Art and Design

The University of Bedfordshire offers an Art and Design Master's course that will give you the opportunity to explore your individual interests and ambitions in the discipline of art and design on an advanced level. The course is highly flexible, designed to meet the career needs of different students. Course Content: The MA Art and Design course is designed on a modular basis allowing you to choose areas of practice and associated theoretical studies most suited to your future aspirations. With guidance from staff, you will create your own curriculum which can be focused in one area of study, for example, 3D Design, Fine Art, Curation, Graphic and Interactive Design, or can be more interdisciplinary in nature. Core to the course is the belief that you will evolve as a practicing artist or designer through an exploration of practice as research. Key Modules: The course is made up of modules: Practice 1 and 2, Theory and Practice and a major project culminating in an exhibition.
