BA Hons Animation

The Animation course from the University of Bedfordshire is an innovative degree that focuses on the exciting world of animation, digital and motion graphics. This three-year full-time course aims to enable students to develop as professional animators and provides them the opportunity to work on live briefs and collaborate with external clients. Course Content: This course provides the skills about the major animation techniques including 2D digital, CGI and stop motion, advanced CGI modelling techniques and rendering, concept art, character development and storyboarding. It also covers industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya for 3D animation; Adobe Creative Suite for 2D animation including Adobe Animate, After Effects and Photoshop; and stop-motion software DragonFrame.Key Modules: Due to the practical nature of this degree, you will spend much of your time on computer-based activities.
