The Post-Production and VFX course at the University of Salford is an undergraduate program that equips students with practical skills in the technological advancements and artistic aspects of post-production and VFX processes. The course allows students to develop a strong creative flair, combined with the technical expertise to become a skilled professional in these areas.Course Content: This course examines every aspect of post-production in depth, including the fundamentals of film and television production, the intensive study of editing and sound design, and specialized modules in VFX compositing, colour grading and motion graphics. It also includes the opportunity for a one-year industry placement.Key Modules: The course covers a wide range of engaging modules. Year one offers modules including Audio-Visual Production, Film and Television Studies. In Year two, modules include the likes of Documentary Production, Fiction Production, and Producing and Directing Television.
