MA Leadership and Coaching

The MA Leadership and Coaching course offered by Teeside University is a Masters level program designed specifically for the evolution and advancement of professional leadership and coaching skills. It's tailored to meet the needs of both new and experienced leaders and coaches who wish to gain an advanced insight into leadership philosophy and coaching techniques.Course Content: The course comprises of both compulsory and optional modules. The compulsory modules are Advanced Practice in Public Health and Health Promotion, Leadership and Innovating in Public Health Practice, and Public Health and Health Promotion Dissertation. The optional modules available include Topics in Cardiovascular Health, Advanced Practice in Diabetes Care, and Practical Statistics. Key Modules: They include Leadership, Leading Change and Decision Making, Coaching and Mentoring for Peak Performance and Research and Study Skills. The final part of the course offers you a choice between a Dissertation or a Consulting Project.Accreditations: Teeside University is a member of the Association of Business Schools and is closely aligned with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
