MSc Big Data Technologies

The MSc Big Data Technologies course offered by The University of East London encourages students to develop skills to solve complex problems using the latest big data and cloud computing technologies. This course focuses on equipping students for the future of work with key areas in computing, including Big Data, Cloud Computing, virtualisation and IT infrastructure.Course Content: The course curriculum includes industry-recognised methodologies including COBIT, ITIL and ISO27001; opportunities to develop programming skills in Python, Java, R and MATLAB; and learning to use Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment, the Ethereal and Wireshark network simulators, and databases such as MySQL, SQLite, Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
