The Undergraduate Social Sciences course offered at Glasgow Caledonian University is a unique course designed to educate students on issues of poverty, social justice and the environment. This course provides an opportunity to study the issues that matter in the world today and impact on our everyday lives. It prepares students for a career at the frontline of policy - making, designing and managing solutions to social problems globally.Course Content: The course is built on an interdisciplinary basis and draws on disciplines such as economics, history, politics, sociology, psychology and criminology. In the first three years, students will study subjects that include Global Issues, Politics, Exploring Human Psychology, Economic Policy.
