The Undergraduate Environmental Science course at the University of Dundee is a multidisciplinary course which combines biology, geography, and environmental studies to give students a deep understanding of the world's most pressing environmental challenges. It offers students the opportunity to develop a holistic understanding of the world's most pressing environmental challenges and to work towards solutions to them. Course Content: The course provides a combined study of environmental science and biology. The first two years provide a broad foundation of knowledge which covers the key principles of habitat and environmental management, legislation, sustainability, and conservation. In the corresponding years, students get the chance to tailor their studies to their particular interests. These may include topics such as climate change, environmental engineering, water management, and environmental modelling.Key Modules: The modules include Biodiversity & Conservation, Ecological Concepts, Forest & Woodland Ecology, Environmental Science Field Course etc.Accreditations: The course is accredited by the Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES) and the Royal Scottish Geographical Society (RSGS).
