MSc Management with Human Resources

The MSc Management with Human Resources at the University of Lincoln is designed to provide students with a systematic understanding of knowledge, tools, and techniques used by managers to allocate resources and to create, maintain and enhance the value of the organization. Course Content: The program integrates traditional and contemporary theories relevant to the management of the organization along with the practical application of these theories. The course aims to develop analytical and problem-solving capabilities through the incorporation of topics such as people resourcing, developing skills for business leadership, and the measurement of human resource management. Key Modules: The course includes modules such as Research Methods and Design, Strategic Management, People Resourcing and Talent Management, Developing Skills for Business Leadership, and a Dissertation. The MSc Management with HRM has two additional modules - Managing the Human Resource Management Function and Measurement Issues in HRM.Accreditations: The MSc Management with Human Resources at the University of Lincoln is currently accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).Future Careers: The program prepares students for a variety of careers in management roles such as human resource managers, consultants, and personnel specialists.
