The Institute for Agri-Food Technology in Southeast Asia offers a course on Technology and Innovation Management, which provides an in-depth look into managing technological programs, strategic planning, project selection, and control. Students gain skills to manage technical teams and drive organizational change through innovative technology.Course Content: The course covers basic concepts and techniques in technology and innovation management, equipping learners with a thorough understanding of its applications. Topics include but are not limited to, corporate strategy for technology companies, management of innovative teams, technological innovation systems, and nano and digital technologies. Key Modules: The key modules in the programme include Advanced Technology Project Management, Technology Life Cycle Management, and Innovation Management. Additionally, a significant portion of the course is allocated to a Technology and Innovation Management project.Accreditations: The course currently does not carry a specific accreditation.
