The content primarily focuses on integrative and holistic therapeutic practice, encompassing a diverse range of traditional and innovative therapeutic methods. Some of the areas covered by the course include psychotherapeutic theories, cross-cultural rituals and traditions, theatre practices, developmental psychology and group analytic theories.Key Modules: Among the modules covered in this course are Psychotherapeutic Theories in Dramatherapy, Therapeutic Skills and Responsiveness in Therapeutic Practice. The extensive learning program also includes an Independent Scholarship (research project or dissertation) to give students a hands-on experience.Accreditations: The Dramatherapy MA program is approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
