The Creative Expressive Therapies (BA Hons) course at the University of Derby is designed for those interested in using arts as a form of therapy. This unique degree enables you to work in therapeutic and educational settings using the arts as a medium of expression within a therapeutic relationship. Course Content: The course allows you to explore the relationship between creativity and health, develop art form skills in drama, song, dance, visual art and inventive movement, consider the wider cultural and historical aspects of the arts and human development, and utilize critical reflection skills including research and evaluation.
