Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) undergraduate course offered by the University of Roehampton, provides students with deep insights into the contemporary world drawing on the methods of philosophy, politics, and economics. This course is designed to enable students to discover the connections between three areas of inquiry and use these to explore a wide range of local, national and global issues. Course Content: This course is predicated around the vital questions about society, including 'What is justice?', 'How should we distribute wealth?', 'Should we tax wealth?' and 'What is the nature of a good society?'. The content covers a combination of Economics, Philosophy and Politics. It provides the students the tools to engage critically and constructively with the big issues. Key Modules: The key modules include: Foundations of Philosophy, Foundations of Politics, Foundations of Economics, Social Justice, Political Philosophy, British and Comparative Politics, Economics for Business and Society, Advanced Political Philosophy and Contemporary Political Thought.
