MSc International Hospitality and Events Management

The International Hospitality and Events Management MSc/PGDip/PGCert at Middlesex University is a postgraduate programme designed to provide advanced knowledge and skills for a successful career in the dynamic and exciting industries of hospitality and event management. This unique programme, open to both domestic and international students, equips you with the strategies and leadership qualities essential to the running of worldwide events, conventions, hospitality and tourism.Course Content: The course content is spread across three different timelines in order to suit the needs of students with different availability. The full-time mode lasts for one year, while the part-time mode runs for two years, and the distance learning mode is a 1-year course. The course involves seven engaging modules, a detailed independent project and a significant internship.Key Modules: Students will learn both the management and business aspects of hospitality and event management. Core modules include Critical Issues in International Hospitality, International Event Management, Strategic Management, Research Methods, Marketing and Strategy and more. A key component of the course is an independent project where students can explore an area of interest related to hospitality and events management.Accreditations: The International Hospitality and Events Management MSc/PGDip/PGCert course is not currently accredited by external bodies.
