The BA Honours course in Theatre at Middlesex University is an exciting, practical programme that offers 100% coursework assessment throughout and provides a grounding in contemporary and traditional theatre forms, practices, histories, and debates. With 75% practice and 25% documentation, this course empowers you to focus on your areas of interest and be assessed in the way that benefits you most.Course Content: The BA Theatre programme offers you an intimate learning environment, allowing you to work in small groups with experts in the field of Theatre. The course provides scope for you to explore a range of performances across time, cultures and spaces - from Greek Tragedy to contemporary performance experiments, from Shakespeare's plays to community theatre practices, from comedy in the age of Aristophanes to the revolutionary performances of the Comédie-Française and the subversive tactics of contemporary stand-up.
