The Occupational Psychology MSc programme at the University of Greenwich is designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of workplace psychology. This course explores the science of human behaviour in the workplace and the application of psychology for improved organisational effectiveness, employee health and overall well-being. Course Content: Participants of the Occupational Psychology MSc will study personnel selection and assessment, learning, training and development, work motivation and job satisfaction, leadership and team performance, organisational development and change, health at work, and counselling.Key Modules: The course comprises a variety of modules including Research Methods, Personnel Selection and Assessment, Organisational Change and Development, Employee Relations and Motivation, Learning, Training and Development, Strategic Management, Leadership and Performance Management, Work Design, Organisational Health and Performance, and Counselling at Work.Accreditations: Upon successful completion of the course, students are eligible for Level A (occupational testing) and Level B (personality testing) of the British Psychological Society’s Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU).
