MA Fashion Design (Menswear)

The MA Fashion Design Menswear course at Northumbria University is a specialist programme aimed at those with a passion for menswear and a desire to push boundaries. In the first stage, students undertake two design projects focusing on exploration, research, design development and prototyping. The second stage deals with launching the designs to external audiences.Key Modules: The course incorporates modules such as 'Research Methods', 'Fashion Design Development', and a final 'Major Project' wherein students will design, develop, and produce a collection of their best menswear designs.Future Careers: After completion of the course, students can make their mark in the fashion industry. They can expect to find employment opportunities with designers, high-street brands, and major international retailers. Some might start their own fashion businesses.
