BA (Hons) Sports Journalism

The Sports Journalism BA (Hons) Single Honours course at the University of Chester offers comprehensive training in journalism with a focus on sports reporting. Designed to equip students with the professional skills required to succeed, this degree covers writing, broadcasting, digital and multimedia journalism, as well as sports photography.Course Content: In the first year, students will study journalism practice and theory, the media and society, professional development and sports journalism. In the second year, student will take live news production, sports and society, multimedia production along with professional practice in sports journalism.
