Course Content: The course covers the fundamentals of biomedical engineering, including Physiology for Engineers, Introduction to Biomedical Engineering, Mechanics of Materials, Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics in the first year. The course progressively introduces more advanced modules such as Medical Imaging and Signals, Biomechanics and Biomaterials, Biomedical Design and Manufacture, and Computational Mechanics.
