The Counselling and Mental Health BSc (Hons) at Leeds Beckett University is a full-time, 3-year course which offers graduates an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of counselling and mental health, including the origin of mental health problems, client virtues, and culturally responsive counselling.Course Content: The course is a combination of theory and practice which enables students to develop theoretical knowledge, practical skills and personal qualities necessary for professional counselling and mental health. Students will have the opportunity to undertake work placements that allow them to gain experience in different care settings including health, social and educational services.
