The BA (Hons) Sociology at Bangor University is a three-year full-time undergraduate course that equips students with understanding of a broad range of social processes, structures, and systems. This course enables students to explore a wide variety of human behaviours and interactions, and understand how societies change and develop over time.Course Content: The course comprises a blend of core compulsory modules and a mixture of optional modules. The first year provides a basis in sociology and the ways in which it can be applied to understand the contemporary world. In the second and third years, students can explore specialist areas of interest.
