The Civil Engineering (Industry Placement) MSc is a two-year postgraduate course offered by Heriot-Watt University. This programme aims to equip students with practical understanding and skills to deal with complex civil engineering problems, appropriate to the needs of the industry. As part of the course, students undertake a 7-month placement in industry where they can apply their skills to real world projects.Course Content: The curriculum is designed around a strong core of advanced civil engineering subjects to which specialist topics are added.
