BDes (Hons) Digital Design

The Digital Design course at the University of Ulster is designed for students who wish to enter the digital design and web development industry. By providing a combination of technical skills and creative methods, the course equips its students with the ability to design, develop and maintain digital solution systems.Course Content: The course curriculum aims to give students an understanding of several key elements of digital design. These includes knowledge of web development languages and technologies, digital design principles and the creation of digital contents, designing user interfaces (UI), user experiences (UX), commercial/passenger information systems, usability testing and digital project management.Key Modules: Students on this course will have the opportunity to study modules such as Fundamentals of Web Development, User Experience Design, Mobile Application Development, Emerging Interactive Technologies and Final Year Digital Design Project among others.Future Careers: Graduates of Digital Design course will have the potential to work in various fields including web development, web design, mobile application development, UX/UI design, web project management and digital marketing.For more information on this course, please visit the official course page.
