MEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering

De Montfort University offers a comprehensive degree program in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. It incorporates principles of mathematics and physics, essential elements of electrical systems and circuits, and industry-relevant methodologies.Course Content: The BEng/MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering course covers the fundamentals of electronic design, digital system design, and power systems. Also, they will apply electrical and electronic theory to real-world contexts, utilising world-class laboratories.Key Modules: Noteworthy modules covered in the course include Project and Quality Management, Computational Mathematics, Digital Electronics and Microprocessors, and Sensors and Instrumentation, among others.Accreditations: The BEng (Hons) is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as an Incorporated Engineer and partly meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer.
